A common mistake consists in an address/remote control bus wires and mains cables being switched. The cabling error status is displayed with the status LED : it blinks red at around 2 flashes per second. To fix this problem, you must reverse the bus and the mains cables on the product internal connector… after turning off the mains and the bus at the switchboard. So easy !
