Beginner Tyres: Dunlop Sportmax Alpha 14 vs GPR-300 Review

I take a look at why the Dunlop Sportmax Alpha 14 is an amazing tyre, but also why it gets passed over for standard fitment of the Dunlop Sportmax GPR-300 on the Yamaha YZF-R3 and Kawasaki Ninja 400, with far more than just pure grip coming into the decision making process.

For a lot of riders getting the right tyre can come down to stumbling upon the right choice, but I look at how these two differ here and what kind of riders and riding habits they suit, with the Alpha 14 being a sport/track option and the GPR-300 a more commuter friendly alternative.
