I started this project intending to become a Hit Miss powered Ice Cream Churn. Six months later its done. I spent one month reconditioning the Maytag and the remaining 5 months doing a little more at a time. The adjustable Idler was recycled from a discarded Weight Lifting Bench. The churn is a bit noisy because its empty. The movie frames/sec. make it appear the center larger pulley is running stop and go backwards but just an illusion. Will make its first Ice Cream next week. Hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed building it.
