Follow following steps to trouble shoot the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater:
1. Check whether the gas supply is connected and turned on
2. Check whether the gas valves and the gas regulator have been turned on
3. Check whether the gas inlet is clogged or blocked, e.g. by the rubber gasket. Clean up or remove the washer if that's the case
4. Check whether the pressure relieve valve is compliant with the water heater, 0.6-1.2 bar pressure relieve valve is recommended.

If the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater was powered on and then showed E1 error code, please try following steps to trouble shoot :
1. Restart the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater
2. Adjust the gas regulator's pressure
3. Check whether the gas type is matched(liquid propane gas must be used )
