If you saw last week’s vlog, you know I’ve been struggling lately. Between the winter weather, a full-time office schedule, and the pressure of the New Year, I was really starting to hit a wall. Finding the motivation to work out and eat at home felt harder than ever.

However, this week I finally pulled off a mini reset! Thanks to a snowstorm, I worked from home Monday through Wednesday, which was a total game changer. By getting three hours back in my day—time I usually spend commuting—I was able to prioritize my weight workouts and cook healthy meals. I even managed to get outside for several walks (don’t worry, I bundled up!).

This week was a huge reminder of how much easier life feels when I’m not stuck in the car. I’m looking forward to making more changes to prioritize my health and happiness!

I'll be sure to share more as I figure this out. I am so grateful for all of you and appreciate the support more than you know.
