This incredibly easy and delicious dish can be eaten at any meal and a great way to sneak in some greens. It's tasty plain and even better with your favorite sauce like BBQ sauce (recipe on my webinar page). Ketchup (2 recipes in my new book The Secrets To Ultimate Weight Loss) or a few drops of your favorite SOS-free hot sauce like Bema and Pa's or Bru Bru Brothers.

Feel free to use any color onion you like. Red would be great. You could even use sweet potatoes instead of Yukon Gold potatoes.
