WARBL is an excellent wind controller for open-hole wind instrument players. People who play Indian instruments like Bansuri, Shehnai, Nadaswaram can easily transfer their skills to this MIDI controller. It provides the most natural transition with least friction.

I worked with the designer of the instrument Andrew Mowry to add Bansuri fingering option to the firmware.

The one shown in the video is customized with larger note holes. That allowed me to do half-hole for semi-tones. The instrument played is Oboe from Audio Model, embedded in GarageBand.
