The settings feature of MailMyStatement’s cutting edge software allows each client to establish user access, setup file processing e-mail notifications, manage some statement configurations, and monitor user access to make the most of your MailMyStatements account.
Under the Admin function, you will see three options: Settings, Reports, and Support. Under Settings, select the
Organization and enter the email address(es) you would like to receive file processing email notifications (under the Organization section). . Select credit card logos to display on each statement. Under Settings you can also setup office locations and setup additional users and their privileges.
Because each individual will have their own unique password to access the portal, you’ll have the ability to track individual users within the system. Our system allows you to do more than just monitor payments; you’ll also have the ability to see which user is accepting payments. For practices with multiple locations, you can view which location is logging payments, as well.
When facing complications, the user can submit any support request containing the specific issue, contact information, and select their preferred method of communication.
