After that, 100 grams of milk powder should be mixed with 500-600 grams of water

After that, gola powder should be mixed with milk

After that add 300-350 grams of sugar

The whole milk should be boiled well for another four to five minutes

Then to make caramel, you need to make caramel with 50 grams of sugar

When the caramel is ready, mix it with milk

After that keep the gas plan open and cool the milk well
You will see that the milk does not get completely cold
Now the milk is warm with your hands
When the milk is warm with hands, add 50 to 100 grams of sweet curd and whisk it well

After that, the place where the curds will be placed should be surrounded with a little cloth

Then the cups should be sized and the milk should be poured into them

Once the milk is poured into the cup, cover it well and put some warm cloth on it

Leave it in this condition for minimum 6 to 7 hours

You will see that no outside air can enter the curd during this time

And the heat inside the curd should not come out.

You will see that your curd is perfectly frozen and should be chilled in the fridge
