This video was a difficult one to make but in honour of World Psoriasis Day, and to try and raise a little awareness I wanted to share my story of living with Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. I've lived with both since childhood and now, at 30 years old, it's a big part of my life.

I'd love to hear from others who have Psoriasis and/or Psoriatic Arthritis and especially any tips or tricks you may have regarding Methotrexate!
