Impact Framework Step 3 Review the evidence

As part of our role supporting large scale change programmes within NHS England, the Sustainable Improvement team has developed a framework to systematically capture the impact of these programmes of work.

The Impact Framework https://www.england.nhs.uk/publicatio... has been developed based on approaches used by others in the field of developmental evaluation, tailored to support improvement work in complex systems.
This animation looks at the third step in the Impact Framework, which covers how regular reviews will help you to understand progress and successes, as well as challenges and unexpected outcomes.
