Action Comics 1 "Rocket Copy" Sets RECORD Price...AGAIN?! Are all these sales legit?

In this video I talk (once again) about the new RECORD PRICE for Action Comics number 1 the "Rocket Copy" - selling for 3.55 million dollars. This is the third most money a comic book has ever sold for. But what's really curious about this sale is that this is the THIRD time this particular copy has sold within the last calendar year. Were all these sales legit? I'm not trying to be a collectable conspiracy theorist but I kinda feel like this might have been a situation where comic book dealers were selling to other comic book dealers which in turn generated a lot of PR for the book. What do you guys think of this sale?
