Test Riding the Honda CB1100 RS

Описание к видео Test Riding the Honda CB1100 RS

Here is a video of my test ride of the Honda CB1100 RS. I rode this motorcycle for one hour. It's pretty hard, maybe even impossible, to evaluate comprehensively a motorcycle in such a short time. So, what I'm sharing here are just my first impressions.

Specifications in brief:
- Inline 4-cylinder engine, 1140cc, air & oil-cooled
- 90 hp @ 7,500 rpm, 91 nm @ 5,500 rpm
- Tubular steel double cradle frame
- Showa 43mm Dual Bending Valve fork
- Twin Showa remote reservoir rear shocks
- 6-speed gearbox
- Radial-mount 4-piston Tokico brakes with ABS
- 252 kg (555 lb) with all operating consumable liquids
- 795 mm (31.3 in) seat height
- 16.8 l (4.2 US Gal) fuel tank
- 12,999 euros in France, VAT included
- 12,000 km (8,000 mi) maintenance interval

The motorcycle of my test ride hadn't any optional features. The Honda 95x195mm SRA U-Lock fitting in the underseat compartment (reference 08M53-MFL-800) costs 122 euros.
