Landing to minimums, Friday Harbor, 8 23 24

I wasn’t sure we were going to be able to make it in to Friday Harbor because of low clouds. I was tracking a Cessna 172 from Boeing Flying Club in front of us. They went missed but were able to land on the second try. We were able to talk to him and get some real time conditions. We were cleared for the approach but then got that cancelled because the a Friday Harbor air ambulance Caravan was ready to leave. We did a couple of turns in the hold and then went in and landed. I saw the airport at the last second before going missed. THe caravan behind us went missed. From the ground I heard it flying over but never saw it at all. He then came around a second time and was able to land.
