Nebraska Flood 2019 Partial News Footage and Aerial views of the flooding

My home state of Nebraska was ravaged by devastating floods in early 2019. This was due to rain and fast snow melt from a short period of time. This was all coupled with saturated and or frozen ground not able to absorb the excess moisture.
