Start your day with these exercises. While staying relaxed, focus on keeping the buzz going. Do not forget it is only the warm-up, so any tension or force at this stage is unnecessary. Such as going to the gym, and before starting to lift any "serious" weights or do your exercises/routine, you just need to stretch and warm up your muscles. These exercises follow the same idea. Just "stretch" your chops a bit.

I sometimes, just to make sure I blow "sufficient" air (, I prefer doing these exercises with the INSPIRON breathing device (the blue one with a ball - That allows me to visualize how my air is working throughout the range, and where are the spots that need improving.), or a small piece of tube/hose at the end of mouthpiece.

I promise you that if you do these exercises daily, focused and with the right idea in mind, your trombone playing will improve drastically. Your sound will get clearer, more focused and will have more core, will get denser, and nonetheless, you'll become more precise with it.
