Halton Hills Housing Update - Ep.223

Not to be dramatic but August numbers are in and they are horrific! We saw a massive decrease in our average price both year over year and compared to July. Technically, these are unofficial numbers and a few sales could come in from over the weekend, BUT unless they are insanely high, it won't move the needle on how low the average price is.

We saw another really slow sales week and I am going to chalk it up to the fact that it is the last two weeks of summer and hope that things will bounce back as we move into September. The only saving grace this week is that a bunch of homes exited the market, so we felt some relief in terms of overall inventory numbers.
