Golden Immunity Shot Recipe
Spicy, tropical, anti-inflammatory booster – makes ~4 oz / 2 shots
Ingredients

1-inch fresh ginger root (peeled, ~15g)
1-inch fresh turmeric root (peeled, ~10g) – or ½ tsp turmeric powder if fresh unavailable
1 cup pure coconut water (unsweetened, chilled)
½ cup golden berries (fresh or frozen; substitute with 1 tbsp goji berries or ¼ cup pineapple if unavailable)
½ ripe mango (peeled, ~½ cup flesh)
⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper (activates curcumin in turmeric)
Optional kick: pinch of cayenne or ¼ tsp lemon juice for extra zing

Equipment

High-speed blender or juicer
Fine mesh strainer (if you want a smoother shot)
Small funnel + 2 oz shot bottles

Instructions

Prep: Roughly chop ginger, turmeric, golden berries, and mango.
Blend: Add all ingredients to blender. Start on low, ramp to high for 45–60 seconds until liquefied.
Strain (optional): Pour through fine mesh for a silkier shot; skip for max fiber.
Chill & serve: Pour into shot glasses. Consume immediately or store in airtight bottle in fridge up to 24 hrs. Shake before drinking.
