Aegan is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language masala film directed and co-written by Raju Sundaram - in his debut and only directorial film to date - and produced by Ayngaran International. It stars Ajith Kumar and Nayanthara, with Suman, Jayaram, Nassar, Navdeep, and Piaa Bajpai in supporting roles. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja with cinematography by Arjun Jena and editing by V. T. Vijayan.

The film revolves around a ruthless but benevolent cop who, on behalf of his policeman father, embarks on a mission to protect the daughter of a fugitive posing as a college student. Furthermore, he has to ward off an international criminal who is trying to kill the fugitive, an ex-aide of his who has turned police approver.
