For this week's relaxing sleep video, I found this Vintage Electric Heater at a local thrift shop. It was in mint shape, and appeared to be barely used, so I had to buy it. It is an “Arvin” Three Heat Automatic heater that was sold by Sears in the late 1970's and early 1980's. Boy does it sound wonderful! While getting set up in the sound studio, I noticed it was gently raining outside. So I recorded those sounds as well, while filming the heater !

To mix in a little more goodness, I sound an A note 432hz tuning fork at the start of the video. I then loop that sound into the background behind the heater and rain sounds. According to music theory, A=432 Hz is mathematically consistent with the universe. Generally, this solfeggio frequency has been proven to be a healing frequency since it reduces anxiety, lowers the heart rate, and blood pressure. It is a frequency that encourages the synchronicity between both brain hemispheres, which increase intuition, insight, and creativity. This frequency has been found in geometrical arrangements in some of the ancient sites such as Stone Henge and the Great Pyramid. It is also known as the earth frequency or the sleep frequency!

Finally, I made this sleep sound video a black screen at the 5 minute mark. Thus the bright light won't disturb your rest. Relax and sleep well my friends.
