Moonlight Crystal Jam CAN BECOME OP BUT... (+10 Review)

Cookie Run Kingdom has finally released Moonlight Cookie's Crystal Jam with the new Star Coral Cookie! However, the crystal jam does seem to be underwhelming at the moment with the damage heavily being increased once you get higher level crystal jam (20+). What do you guys think?
