Reflexive pronouns
It is the pronoun which shows that action of the verb is performed on its subject .

Example:- I hurt myself.
We hurt ourselves.
You hurt yourself.
He hurts himself.
She hurts herself.
They hurt themselves.
Reflexive pronouns are also called compound personal pronouns.

Emphatic pronoun :
is similar to reflexive pronoun. Sometimes compound personal pronouns are used to emphasize its antecedent noun or pronoun are called emphatic pronouns.
Example:-
• I myself should try to solve the matter.

Difference between Reflexive and Emphatic pronouns
Example:-

• Aqeel himself went to the village.
(Emphatic Pronoun)
• I saw myself in the mirror.
(Reflexive Pronoun)
