surprisingly i managed to fare ok with dealing with xianxia literature and concepts etc auuuuu tried my best to convey these to an english speaking audience!!
[1] 尘世 refers to the mortal realm, and literally it means "three thousand realms", i thinnnnnk the three thousand might just refer to the rule of thirds you see in a lot of things here? but its just the idea of a multiverse existing here
[2] to purify everything and cleanse evil to protect the truth
[3] 璧, a type of circular ancient chinese jade artifact
[4] so here it literally means "half an incense stick" to indicate passage of time. im not so sure if google's answer of 30-40 minutes to burn an entire stick is like a universal thing and applies here so i just went with a more vague phrasing
[5] p much a chinese pancake, i didnt really like calling it a pancake so i just went with the literal word KJSDSDGHJSK
[6] 意气风发，to be high-spirited and vigorous ； 宽严得体, to be generous and strict
[7] 負隅頑抗, (fig.) to make a last ditch effort
