Fredi was the whole weekend in New York City and gave us an insightful look behind the scenes of the New York City E-Prix.

The first thing the drivers and the team do is the track walk. During the track walk they are looking for special things of the track to be best prepared for the race. After showing us the track, Fredi went to the HWA garage to talk to Gary Paffett.

Afterwards Fredi went on a sightseeing tour in NYC and especially in Manhattan. After that, she enjoyed a baseball game.

The next day started with racing action.

The engineer is with the e-Compressor team and is working on the portion of isolation resistance.

After the two races, the new champion of the 2018/2019 Formula E season was determined. It is Jean-Éric Vergne.

New York City formed the backdrop for the final race weekend of the Formula E season. The two-day double race took place in the Red Hook district, the port of Brooklyn. The financial centre of Manhattan, Wall Street and one of the city's landmarks - the Statue of Liberty - are located in the immediate background.

Formula E is the FIA's first racing series to be held in one of New York's districts.
