To do the Ascendant Challenge, you first need a "Tincture of Queensfoil". These come as random drops from any chest in the Dreaming City, including Region Chests. Or you can buy them from here:    • Tincture of Queensfoil - Where to Buy...  

After that, head to Chamber of Starlight which is the Lost Sector in Rheasilvia. The portal is behind the chest in the boss room. The Ascendant Challenge is a long running gauntlet to get through while Knights chase you. You can skip most of the enemies. Once at the end a single Knight will be there, kill that to complete the challenge.

Considering these are on a weekly rotation, just posting it from the first clear and added the lore items + eggs in the one video for convenience. Was going to record new clears each week, but doesn't seem to be of too much benefit to anyone, so figured I'd just post it as a full guide with everything included instead and have it up just before reset.

Separated the eggs and lore item into their own sections as some people may have already got the lore item and only want the eggs (or vice versa). Figured it'd be easier to search that way, even if there is some backtracking involved.

My PC setup is nothing too crazy at all, but the specs are:
i7-8700, GTX 1070, 16GB DDR4-3000 Ram, 256GB SSD, 2TB HDD.

Allows me to run max settings at constant 60FPS while recording. Which is about all I need for now :)
