Fire is one of the elements where Kengou really becomes crazy in terms of number of ougi executions and is only limited by the fact that we don't have any other 200% charge bar character to combine with.
By using Unsigned Kaneshige + Anila, Djeeta ends up having 130% charge bar speed up which allows her to, pretty much, ougi every turn.
Tsubasa is also a good character to use here because he has innate high charge bar speed as well as providing a charge bar boost and a way to activate Shiva's passive.
