Empaths and energy sensitive people feel the world around us - even when we are not trying. During heavy weeks, like this one, it can become overwhelming. When it gets heavy - do this.

Whether we realize it or not, we pick things up and hold it in our field until we do something to release it.

Enter, nature.

Taking moments to immerse yourself in nature: to feel the wind, hear the water, connect with a rock or tree are all ways you can stabilize and regulate your energy field (for free).

Being energy sensitive is a beautiful gift - and goes from feeling curse like to positive when we find ways to manage it. For many of us - these moments with nature are exactly what is needed. I call it 'nature based energy management'.
