At 44 I decided I really wanted to learn how to handstand, but every video I saw was super thin people explaining how to do it like it was nothing at all. I am no expert on doing handstands, but I wanted to there to be at least one video of someone my size showing how to do a handstand so hopefully more people could find the courage to try.

I spent too much of my life thinking I needed to be thin to do things.
