In the last year and a half, Saratoga’s dining scene has seen a changing of the guard, as the older generation of bar and resort owners pass the torch on to those who will ushering the next era of food and beverage in the Spa City. This summer, Saratoga Living Editor Natalie Moore sat down with four new bar and restaurant owners to find out what’s in store.
