Stacked Hearts Rib Pattern | Tutorial (2024)

Pattern:
For 3x2 stacked heart ribbing: Cast on multiples of 5 stitches + 2 stitches (optionally: + 2 edge stitches)

4 row set up + 4 row repeat.

Set up row 1: edge stitch, *P2, K3*, P2, edge stitch.
Set up row 2: edge stitch, *K2, P3*, K2, edge stitch.
Set up row 3: edge stitch, *P2, K3*, P2, edge stitch.
Set up row 4: edge stitch, *K2, P3*, K2, edge stitch.

Row 1: edge stitch, *P2, skip 1st, pull stitch from 4 rows lower in next stitch, K3, pull stitch from same stitch as before*, P2, edge stitch.
Row 2: edge stitch, K2, slip pulled stitch, P3, slip pulled stitch, K2, edge stitch.
Row 3: edge stitch, P2, SSK, K1, K2Tog, P2, edge stitch.
Row 4: edge stitch, *K2, P3*, K2, edge stitch.
