Insomniac Spider-Man Villain Tierlist

There are 25 villains in Insomniacs Spider-Man universe and I thought it would be an amazing idea to rank them all in a tier list from worst to best. I tried to cover as many villains as I could such as venom, lizard, Doctor Octopus and Mr negative... however I'm fully aware this series hasn't concluded yet and that this list is subject to change in the future with the sequels. But they're not out yet, so enjoy the ranking of this roster of villains that are currently established in Insomniacs universe.
