Karnataka BJP MLA Munirathna Faces New Accusations Of Blackmail And Sexual Assault By 40Y-Old Woman

Munirathna Case: Karnataka police have registered fresh cases against BJP MLA Munirathna, who has been accused by a 40-year-old woman of blackmail and sexual assault between March 2020 and May 2022. The allegations come while Munirathna is in judicial custody in connection with a separate contractor harassment case. The police are also investigating his involvement in demanding money from contractor Cheluvaraju over a waste disposal contract. Voice samples have been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory for analysis.
