Replacement lance and feed tubes are available which meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer’s design standards. We have performed decades of fatigue testing to qualify forged flange and tube welds to maximum stress limits. Non-destructive evaluation (NDE) via radiographic testing (RT) is standard for all forged flange, front-to-rear, splice, and lance-to-nozzle welds. Unique X-ray serial numbers are stamped on flange for weld testing traceability.
