For this trophy you must attain a score of 300 or more in a single round. This can be done relatively easily in Aedirn, the second area of the game. Look for the battle "Bandit Stronghold" in the top-left corner of the map. This is an ideal battle to attempt this as the enemy will barely attack you throughout the fight.

What you'll need:

Meve's Longsword ability
Lyrian Banner trinket
Lyrian Merlot trinket
Black Rayla card
Aretuza Adepts card
Lyrian Scythemen+ cards x 5
Alchemist cards x 2
Gheso Footman cards x 2 (obtainable as a reward for My Enemy's Enemy quest)
War Wagon+ card

It's important to start this battle correctly. Make sure the Gheso Footman are in your deck before you start as they auto-populate the field at the start of the round. In your first turn, play a Lyrian Scythemen, order both of the Gheso Footman, then target the Scythemen with Meve's longsword ability. Follow that with more Scythemen, using the longsword ability every other turn. Save the alchemist(s) until you've built the first Scythemen's card count up into the 40's or 50's. Use the Aretuza Adepts to copy Scythemen into your deck. Use Black Rayla to pull them back out. Order Xavier to refill Black Rayla's orders. You can pull 6 Scythemen this way even though there are only 5 in your deck. The Lyrian Merlot trinket should be the last thing you use.
