Why is Kirk Herbstreit So Mad at the College Football Playoff?

Mainstream College Football media like Kirk Herbstreit wants us to believe that the CFB Playoff is broken because Notre Dame vs Indiana, Penn State vs SMU, and Texas vs Clemson were blowouts. They believe Alabama, Ole Miss, and South Carolina were part of the 12 team playoff.

The reality is that the Oregon Ducks, Georgia Bulldogs, Arizona State, and Boise State were all better and/or more deserving of playoff spots.
