For a guy who didn't chase after autographs too much (I was busy taping), I ended up with quite a few.

From the Berlin County Fair to a guitar store in Brookfield Connecticut..... from a BBQ joint in New York state to backstage in New York City.... who was easiest to get a signature from? Who was difficult? And what made them a pain in the butt?

Some rock stars are friendly and others aren't. Over the years I've met many of them. The stories of how I got them to sign are quite often funny, if not downright weird. And it wasn't always because they were on drugs!

Malcolm Tent is the owner of Trash American Style. For 21 years as a brick and mortar record store, Trash was a beacon for record collectors, punk rockers, hippies, metal heads, and anyone who loved music and underground culture. At Trash, it was (and still is) all about the vinyl.

He is also the owner of TPOS Productions, a label specializing in obscure, weird, and outsider music. Plus even some bands you might have heard of.

On top of that, he is the bass player for Antiseen, bassist for Ultrabunny, guitar player for They Hate Us, bass man for the Bloody Apostles, and purveyor of acoustic guitar punk rock all over the world. A real touring machine, you might say.
