The 6 healing sounds is generally done with simple simple movements (stretches that you can do even sitting) but I like to bring variety into my practices... and this one is adding more movements.

Qi gong means "energy cultivation" so when you move, you move with intention that it is your physical body yet also your mind visualizes and your emotions move. That's why we add the sounds, to move the emotions, gently.

The focus is clearing emotions in a safe and gentle way. The 6 healing sounds is an ancient taoist practice that has lots of benefits.
