7x7 RBMK Reactor Using HEP-241 Fuel || HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod

Описание к видео 7x7 RBMK Reactor Using HEP-241 Fuel || HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod

A somewhat simple 7x7 RBMK reactor capable of producing 36mHE every second. This video goes into depth on how to build and operate this reactor without recreating a certain event that occurred in Ukraine, 1986.

NOTE: THIS WAS BUILT IN THE 1.12.2 EXTENDED EDITION OF NTM. IT MIGHT NOT WORK IN OTHER VERSIONS. (build it in creative to see if it blows up)

credits to savage vegeta's videos for allowing me to understand how RBMK's work in this mod, and for inspiration on how to name this video.

some notes:
A couple of parts of this reactor can be swapped or remove if you would like. For example, some of the reflectors could be replaced for absorbers, though it would have a considerable impact on the sustainability of the reactor.

To set boilers to "Ultra Dense Steam," click 3 times on the gui until the circle is at the bottom part of the "shaft."
To set steam turbine modes, click on the lever located on the side of the turbine until it reaches the desired mode. 3 clicks for Ultra, 2 for super, 1 for dense and no clicks for regular.

To prevent a possible explosion: avoid running the reactor at 60% extension on the outer control rods as it could lead to an explosion if not monitored correctly. I left the reactor for about half an hour on this mode and it did not blow up. However, there is still a possibility of an explosion, so if you choose to run this reactor at 60% outer extension, keep an eye on the temperature and don't let it get too high. Don't leave the reactor running in a unloaded chunk, as it could blow up. Lastly, if you want absolutely no chance of explosion, just don't use HEP-241 and build a 3x3 simple design that uses MEP-238 and never explodes.

To those who actually read to the bottom, thanks and I hope you have a good day. (to those who watched my popular content, eg, gmod stuff, i will probably upload some more gmod stuff later)
