3 lb chicken
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 c olive oil
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp onion powder

Flavor chicken then Bake chicken in oven @ 400° for 20 min.

1 finely chopped white onion
3 stalks finely chopped celery
2 Michigan apples of your choice
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
1/2 c dried cranberries
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dill
Salt n pepper for flavor

Shred the chicken and then combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours before serving.
