The first panel of the day was on women and financial empowerment. 'It's all about the money,' featured Nyreen Llamas, Desiree McHard, Kathryn Morgan and Michaela Rees. It discussed issues such as the gender pay gap, retirement, savings, divorce and more. 

Ms Llamas told the audience that there are entrenched views in Gibraltar when you're a man and when you're a woman, but that she'd been lucky to have a father who never put any barriers in place to what she could do professionally or privately.
