In this video i am making Kiridashi (Japanese wood carving knife). I used O1 tool steel, "vegan" water snake leather and burgundy colour lace for Tsukamaki wrap. I left oxides from heat treating on the knife only blade is polished up to 3000grit. I really like that rough style black finish with polished blade. Do you like it? Please leave a comment.
