Snuff out the Light - Disney Yzma Animatic

Snuff out the Light is an animatic based on the song of the same name. After watching the documentary "The Sweatbox", about the movie "Kingdom of the Sun", "Emperor's New Groove" previous name and story, I decided to make an animatic to fulfill the new love and appreciation I got for the song "Snuff out the Light" performed by Ertha Kitt.

In this song, Yzma sings about her lost beauty and youth, she atrributes this loss to the Sun. To take revenge, she sough to destroy the sun.

This animatic was created in 2019, and recently I have decided to upload it to Youtube, that's why the art is a bit outdated. However this video was my first ever animatic, and I'm still proud of it.
