2013 F150 Low Oil Pressure Fixed!

I changed the oil pan gasket, oil pressure sensor (Motocraft), and added Motocraft 5/20 oil and a Motocraft filter. Then it took me about 30 minutes of driving before the Oil Pressure Light and Gauge finally stopped dropping and beeping at me.

The solution was to replace the Oil Pressure Sensor and allow the Computer to Relearn the Idle. When the idle dropped below 500 ish, it set off the Low Oil Pressure Alarm every time.

So before you invest even more time and money, perform these steps to relearn idle faster:
1. Let the car idle for 15 minutes.
2. Turn on the ac full blast for another 5 minutes.
3. Shift to drive with your foot on the brake for a few minutes.
4. Shift to reverse with your foot on the brake for a few minutes.
5. Drive it around the block normally.
6. Drive in reverse a few times.
7. Finally, take it on the freeway.

You are basically trying to put the car through as many driving conditions as possible so the computer can adjust the idle properly with as much data and precision as possible instead of driving it around for weeks or even months to do so.
