Founded in 1730, it is the oldest patisserie in Paris.
The famous French pastry « Baba au rhum  » was also introduced to Paris by Stohrer.
They are still creating new pastries and the people of Paris still love them.
This croissant has been listed as one of the best croissants by « le Figaro ».

1730年に創業したパリ最古のパティスリー「ストレー」です。
有名なフランス菓子ババオラムもこのストレーからパリに広められました。
歴史があるだけではなく、今でもパリの人々に愛され、新しく美味しいお菓子を作り続けています。このクロワッサンは、le Figaro誌のベストクロワッサンにもリストアップされています。

The shop is located just a short walk from Châtelet-les-Halles station and the Saint-Eustache Church on Rue de Montorgueil, the Gourmet Street of Paris.
In the video, you can see the street art of Tintin and Captain Haddock's kiss from Rue Léomur to the shop.
