Here’s an age old staple in the chironomid fly game. Copper beads were once the rage before the addition of the brown beads. This pattern is well known all over the interior and is definitely one to have in your box. Try it with or without the red butt and tie em from a 10-16 in the 1120 scud hook or from 12-18 if you prefer the 1760 curved style hook.
