For The Boiling

Cashew nut= 200 gm
Char magaj= 100 gm
Turmeric powder= 1 tbsp

For The Tadka
Oil= 200 gm
Bay leaf= 4
Cloves= 12
Black cardamom= 2
Cinnamon sticks= 3
Green cardamom= 6
Black pepper= 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste= 2 tbsp
Tomato puree= 80 gm
Turmeric powder= 1 tbsp
Deggi mirch powder= 1 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Coriander powder= 1 tsp
Garam masala= 1 tsp
Salt to Taste
