Making wooden blocks for L'Odyssee

Making traditional wooden blocks for L'Odyssee yacht.

I made few different types of blocks such as: single sheave blocks dual sheave blocks triple sheave blocks fiddle blocks (two sheaves in a raw) with and without becket.

In this video you can see the whole process of reconstruction and making shells (wooden jackets) for the single sheave block and two types of the fiddle blocks.
The material of the block shells is the Ash wood.
Reinforcing bars are made of 6mm stainless steel threaded bar.
