Flow is Defined as being fully immersed and mindfully activated in the present activity. It is the state of optimal experience and performance, and the breeding ground for the Human Potential movement.

Peace Sticks and Kendama merge action and awareness through moving meditation, or FLow. It provides a platform for all ages to become fully activated in the present moment.
Through our play shops we explore teachings on mindfulness, and Empowerment through specifically designed Flow "Quests".

These Moving Meditations are so simple yet can get to be so Complex. As is Life.

Balance- Flowetry

To Balance we must first begin
On this journey together and go with-in
As an invitation to become aware
so that we all may be treated equally and fair

For Balance is the Blend of the simple and Complex
Like the sun moon and stars and all of the light it reflexes

My connecting in with consciousness
we begin to merge body and our mind
continuing to practice this art
equilibrium we will Find

Because our conditioned perceptions
are merely reflextions
of the words we choose to say
and the emotions we feel today

For to balce is the bond
of our skills and abilities
Where we transform our worst fears
into life changing opportunities

We must balance as of we were birds
Soaring through our Skies
Synchronizing our abilities
So that we ma UNIFY

Because each moment of Inspiration
would not exist, be with out Frustration
No day without night
no wrong without right
if we wish to bring Balance to earth
we must awaken and Unite
So I invite you to imagine balance
as earth spinning through space
as a giant living organism
hosting our human race
because we are teetering on the edge
of global annihilation
meaning the race has begun for
humanities transformation
but if we can perceive balance
as a key principle in finding flow
then door will unlock
an we will exponentially grow

So persist, persevere and continuously believe
Never give up
and balanced will be achieved!
