After my divorce, I realized I didn’t really know the truth about sex, at least not God’s truth. I had heard a lot of “NOs” before marriage and a lot of “MUSTs” after marriage, but none of it helped me understand the beauty, freedom, and purpose of sexual intimacy the way God designed it.

Add to that, the emotional confusion from my ex-husband’s porn addiction, the shame I carried, and the physical pain during sex in my second marriage—I had a LOT to overcome.

But as I healed from those wounds, learned how to show up with authenticity and transparency in my new marriage, and began unlearning harmful beliefs, I discovered that real freedom and wholeness were possible.

This journey led me to study at the Institute for Sexual Wholeness and become a Christian Sex Educator. That deeper level of scientific and theological truth transformed everything.
