FreeDVDBoot - New PS2 Exploit - Disc Burning Tutorial (English)

If you guys haven't heard already, FreeDVDBoot was recently launched and its causing a major ripple within the PS2 scene community. In a nutshell, for certain DVD player versions of the PS2, you can burn a DVD-R (or +R) disc with a special image, and the PS2 will boot it thinking it is a DVD movie disc, but in reality it isn't. Upon boot, it will go into the ULaunchELF program, and from there, you can use it as an entry point to instrall FMCB from USB, copy Fortuna Project files from USB to memory card, or do whatever else your heart desires.

Although this exploit is 20 years too late, I say its better late than never! Enjoy!


Update: For whatever reason, the hybrid disc does not work for my SCPH-9001, DVD player version 3.11U. However, if I use the 3.11 pre-built ISO, then it does work. Nice!
